At a time when global uncertainty continues to challenge investment firms and financial institutions, GFI achieved strong results for the company and partners we advise, manage and invested in. This solid performance and the stability of our investment continue to make GFI a great partner to work with.

Our diversification-based strategy continues to evolve, and has resulted in sustained growth and continuous improvement in each of our four business lines, behind our success is a great team of people - now in more than 23 locations and 14 countries.

They are guided by shared values, focused on working together to build deep, long-term relationship with partners and to help them become financially better off, and they are led by our talented, experienced senior management team. During the past years, the Board of Directors made several key changes to further strengthen the team, provide development and investment opportunities, an ensure continuity of GFI's leadership in particular, the appointment of Mrs. Yvonne Lin.

The Board is very confident her appointment positions GFI well to enjoy continued success and build on the straightforward and proven business model that has worked so well for us.

GFI's long-term success is built on firm foundation of excellence in corporate governance, including a well-developed culture of prudent risk management, accountability and integrity.

Our culture has been a key source of ongoing strength and stability during these turbulent times. Protecting maintaining and reinforcing this culture are a shared responsibility, and one that everyone at GFI takes seriously. This responsibility starts at the top, with the Bord of Directors and the leaders setting the tone, and extends to every GFI partners and employee.
