Yvonne is the Chief Executive Officer of GFI and

a result oriented and commercially aware professional who

has extensive experience in maximising return of portfolio

under management. Mrs Lin possesses an entrepreneurial

spirit with a in-depth understanding of specialised investment

strategy that has proven to succeed in a result driven

environment.

As a financial and management veteran, she has over 26

years of experience across various sectors including Hotel

and Retail Management, Real Estate Investment, Wealth and

Portfolio Management.

Simon is a founding partner of GFI. He

founded a private investment operation in the early 1990s

investing into real estate properties across Southeast Asia,

notably in Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

Since then, he has led, managed and acquired project and

investment of various magnitudes across the Far East and

Africa. With over 26 years in the field of investment, advisory

and operations, Mr Lin was involved in managing assets and

transactions of over USD 1.3 billion. He has also served as a

consular general for the Republic of Djibouti in London from

2007 to 2012.

Mr Lin currently advises several private investment strategies

in the Far East. In year 2012, he was appointed as a director

and member of investment committee at Grow Wealth

Assets. In addition to his responsibility at GFI, Mr

Lin continues to manage his private portfolio of real estate

investments across the globe.
